Mobile Guide

Use this guide to put Catilabz on your phone’s home screen so you can open it like any other app—handy for visits and quick updates. Works on Android (Chrome) and iPhone (Safari).

Android setup

  1. 1Open Chrome and go to the CRM login URL.
  2. 2Tap the browser menu (three dots) and choose "Add to Home screen" or "Install app".
  3. 3Confirm the app name, then tap "Install".
  4. 4Open the new app icon from your home screen and sign in.
  5. 5On Standard, due reminders can go to WhatsApp when your organization uses WhatsApp Business; Basic keeps dues in the CRM.

iOS setup

  1. 1Open Safari and go to the CRM login URL.
  2. 2Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen.
  3. 3Scroll and select "Add to Home Screen".
  4. 4Tap "Add" to place the app icon on the home screen.
  5. 5Open the icon and sign in with your approved account.

Recommended practice

  • Use the same URL for all staff to avoid login confusion.
  • Keep Chrome (Android) and Safari (iPhone) updated so “Add to Home screen” / “Install” works reliably.
  • If icon installation does not appear, refresh the page once and try again.
  • After sign-in, keep your Profile phone number on WhatsApp accurate; use Settings → Reminder notifications to turn WhatsApp alerts on or off.
